What ages does the Cyber Jack Academy curriculum cover?
The curriculum spans ages 5 to 17, delivered in three grade bands: Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8), and High School (9–12). Each topic is age-differentiated so vocabulary, examples, and scenarios match the student's grade level.
Is the curriculum aligned to educational standards?
Yes. Every module is aligned to ISTE Standards for Students, CASEL SEL competencies, and Common Sense Education's Digital Citizenship framework. Standards crosswalks are available on the Standards page for educators.
How many topics are covered?
Ten core cyber-safety topics: phishing detection, password hygiene, stranger danger, cyberbullying prevention, oversharing, online predator awareness, social media safety, scams and safe shopping, gaming safety, and digital footprint. Each topic includes interactive lessons, a quiz, and a completion certificate.
Can homeschool families use this curriculum?
Yes. The curriculum is homeschool-friendly and includes printable lesson plans, parent-led discussion prompts, and portfolio-friendly completion certificates. Any of the Phase 1 products (Family Starter, Family Complete, Gaming Safety, Phishing Simulation, The Phantom Profile) work for homeschool use.
