Is Telegram Safe for Kids?
Telegram allows huge public groups, largely unmoderated channels, and easy contact from strangers, so it's a common place for scams, explicit content, and predatory contact. It's not built for kids. If an older teen uses it, lock privacy settings so only contacts can add or message them.
